Everything we do comes back to three things: people, places and progress. The people we work with and the communities our projects affect. The places we call home, because working in Northland isn’t a business decision for us — it’s personal. And the progress we create by keeping things moving and delivering outcomes that matter.
How we work is just as important. We build capability, take responsibility, and see things through. When challenges arise, we work through them together and find a way forward.

Hoskin brings together project management, civil engineering, environmental and planning and asset management under one roof. For clients, that means one trusted point of contact backed by a wider team, with access to practical, specialist advice as projects evolve.
We’re based in Whangārei, Kerikeri and Kaitaia, in the same communities as the work we do. We’ve spent decades building relationships with councils, NZTA, hapū and contractors across Northland. Those relationships, together with our local knowledge, help us navigate complexity and support projects in a practical, considered way.
